Nothing is free

I've passed up many things, events and even opportunities even though it was free.

Free may seem like a great deal but it will always cost you something.

Free could cost you your time, your efforts, your space and maybe even your health. Before you accept anything free, remember that you can say no - If people regard you as ungreatful, they do not know the powerful person you are and unfortunately, they probably are not aware of a wonderful word called CHOISEs.
